Delivery time & shipping
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
Shipments within and outside the EU are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays via Asendia.
The prices include shipping costs and VAT.

- Orders outside of Europe: Incl. Premium shipping
- Standard shipping – Fast shipment without track and trace code
- Premium shipping – Fast shipment with track and trace code
Within Europe) Orders up to 2 products within Europe, are shipped ‘standard’, orders from 2 products within Europe, are shipped ‘premium’. In the case of ‘premium shipping’, you will receive a track & trace code immediately after shipping, which you can use to track your order. Outside Europe) Orders outside Europe will be shipped ‘Premium’ and will always be provided with a track & trace code. You will receive this code by mail after your order has been shipped and can be tracked: Tracking Asendia
Netherlands) We try to send as much as possible by post. Larger orders will be sent by parcel and will always be provided with a track & trace code. You will receive this by mail after your order has been shipped and can be tracked on the website of PostNL: Tracking PostNL
An order within the Netherlands will usually arrive within 2 working days after shipment.
Within Europe this will be 5-10 working days and outside Europe this will generally take 10-20 working days.
